GV will welcome back alumnus Matt Ricci (Class of 2022) on Monday, November 24, as he returns to speak with students about his experience at the United States Naval Academy and what led him there. He'll be hosting a Lunch & Learn session from 11am to 12pm in the library behind the glass.

Ricci is part of a talented group of GVHS students that earned admission to the Naval Academy in 2022. He and his fellow alumni Sean Gallagher and Shane Reynolds will all graduate this spring as members of the Class of 2026. The three were also recently assigned to their first posts and will be serving as Marine Corps Ground Officers, leading Marines soon after commisioning.

Students interested in learning more about the Naval Academy or military service are encouraged to attend. It's truly a great way to learn about the pathway needed to gain entrance to the academy! Don't miss out!
