The Philadelphia Eagles are off to an incredible start this season, currently sitting at 4–0, one of only two teams in the NFL with an undefeated record, including the Buffalo Bills. Let’s recap one of their most hyped-up games so far, their 33–26 win against the Los Angeles Rams.
In the first quarter, both teams came out strong. The Rams scored first, but the Eagles quickly responded with a touchdown from Jalen Hurts to DeVonta Smith. By halftime, the score was close at 13–10 in favor of the Rams, keeping fans on the edge of their seats.
In the third quarter, the Eagles’ offense started to take control. Jalen Hurts connected on another key pass to DeVonta Smith, and Saquon Barkley contributed with strong runs that moved the chains and set up scoring chances. The Eagles’ defense made several stops to keep the Rams from extending their lead.
The fourth quarter was full of intense action. Just when it looked like the Eagles might lose their first game of the season, Jordan Davis blocked a 44-yard field goal attempt by the Rams and ran it back 61 yards for a touchdown. The stadium went wild, and it was an unbelievable play for fans of both teams.
This amazing game allowed the Eagles to continue their undefeated streak, keeping their record at 4–0. Let’s hope they keep winning and eventually end the season with another Super Bowl victory.
