If you're looking for a fun, active, and social way to spend your time then look no further... a brand-new Racquet Sports (Pickleball) Club is starting at GVHS!

What's Pickleball?

Pickleball is a fast-growing paddle sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong. It's truly welcoming of all skill levels as it's easy to learn for beginners but can become a strategic, fast-paced game for experienced players. Regardless of whether or not you've picked up a paddle before, the GVHS Pickleball Club will be a community you can unwind and have some fun with!

What Does Pickleball Club Offer?

At Pickleball Club's weekly meetings, you'll be taught the basics, including scoring and serving, and gradually build your skills. With practice drills and friendly matches, you can learn strategies while meeting new people in a relaxed, supportive environment. The best part? All paddles and balls are provided if you don't have your own so nothing stops you from giving the sport a try!

As the club grows, the officers offer opportunities like casual tournaments or possibly inter-school matches outside of weekly practices.
