Garnet Valley’s Student Council is thrilled to announce two brand new school-wide events being added to the high school this year! Get ready for a competitive and jaguar-spirit-filled year!

Clash of Classes is the first new event STUCO is introducing to GVHS. This year-long competition will spark competition between the freshmen, sophomore, junior, and senior classes as they battle it out for points all year long.

These points can be earned by individual students in each class or a whole class at once. To earn points for each class, students can participate in events such as homecoming (both the floats and spirit week), donations to charity drives, and joining in on the many more exciting events to come later in the year.

Every point counts! By the end of the year, the one class with the most points will emerge as the first-ever Clash of Classes Champion!

To wrap up the year and Clash of Classes, STUCO is announcing its second major event: Field Day!

Field Day will be held in April of 2025 and will be the final opportunity for all classes to gain points. This half-day will be jam-packed with class vs. class competitions, teacher vs. teacher events, and individual games for everyone to enjoy!

Get ready to compete and show your school spirit all year with these two new events coming to Garnet Valley High School! Let the games begin!
